ISA is exclusive

The ISA head tube system and the ISA-Plates
are protected by patent. Only licensed frame
builders are allowed to use the system.

Individual ISA solutions

At wish, ISA develops and produces head
tubesin other dimensions or from other frame
materials (aluminium, scandium, carbon, steel),
as well as ISA-Plates in different lengths or for
other headset dimensions.

Service package ISA

Licensees receive building plans with the di-
mensions of the ISA head tube and the ISA-
Plates.

Additionally, licensees have the possibility to
order pre-fabricated head tubes and ready-
made ISA-Plates:

ISA head tubes standard:
- Aluminium 7005, cold drawn
- Dimensions for 1-1/8" forks
- Lengths in series 115mm, 145mm, 180mm
- Range of adjustment from 2.5 to 15mm

ISA-Plates standard:
- Aluminium 7005 or 6061, CNC machined,    anodized
- Dimensions for 1-1/8" forks
- Cups for integrated headsets drop-in 45°
- 4 variations with the ranges of adjustment
   0mm, +/- 2. mm, +/- 5.0mm, +/- 7.5mm
