ISA stem

The ISA stem has an excentrical handlebar clamp with the
patented inserted ISA parts. By a 180° turn of these
parts, the distance between the handlebar and the head
tube can be varied up to 30 millimeters without making a
stem change necessary. ISA stems with all customary
handlebars and head tubes.
